Prismatic Postiche - Branding

Prismatic Postiche is a one woman owned business in Bournemouth, England. Owner Rosie, 25, has 5 years of postiche making experience and has made postiche for film and theatre and first began learning how at University. This has now flourished into her own business making bespoke pieces in every colour and shape from the realistic to the radical. Prismatic Postiche creates handmade beards, moustaches, goatees and more that celebrate colour, freedom, fantasy and the performing arts.

She has asked us to come up with an illustrative logo icon which will be the central element of her branding. It is loud, colourful, decorative, and definitely makes her business stand out from the crowd!

As time went on, the brand’s online presence grew, and so did this surreally theatrical group of intricate characters!
For the business cards, we designed two brand new illustrations in a classic playing card style;

Here we have the King of Hearts and the Queen of Clubs!
